Design and Experimental Research on Soil Covering Device with Linkage and Differential Adjustment of Potato Planter

When the potato planter works on sloping field, it will cause problems such as poor film mulching quality due to difference in volume of soil covering both sides discs and inconvenient adjustment disc. The device with linkage differential was designed improve quality. main research content includes explaining structure principle analyzing structural parameters mechanism. field experiment completed verify performance device, which takes stability coefficient uniformity factors. result shows following: (1) changes exponentially angle disc through data fitting, can standardize disc; (2) when is 30° 60°, respectively, lower than 1.4, has premium angles differ greatly, 0.41, meet requirements planter. This provides technical support for high-quality planting.
